Great location. Close to all the nightlife and train access but still quiet in the rooms at night.

No fridge,, no TV,, no drinking water,,small room,,very little hanging space

The reception employees was so kind , Sound proof was amazing , the rooms is so quiet when you shut the door and windows , the room was clean and the keeping was great , the bed was comfortable but …

The bed comforter was sliding forward all the time making all pillows fall down , no slippers ( you have to pay for them ) rooftop is totally useless

Excellent location. Near the Nana Skytrain station right in the center of the SUKHUMVIT road. Lots of malls in the vicinity. Hotel is modern well maintained good stuff. Room decent size and comfy. Good water pressure.

Only minor thing is the sliding doors between toilet and shower so only one can be used at a time

The hotel is in a great location if you’re in Bangkok for the first time. An actual 2 minute walk from one of the elevated train stations so getting around via walking/public transportation is easy and essential to beat the traffic. The hotel rooms are a good size for one person or a couple, clean, quiet, and the staff are very attentive. All in all worth the price if you’re looking for a place to be and sleep in between days/nights out.

The rooms need to be sprayed for insects. I've stayed several times and I itch each time. The area is clean, but there are small insects present.

I found another location half the price. I had a feedback about how all the rooms at Lyf aren't with trash-liner(s) period! I haven't been at Lyf 8 times and bring my own trash bags/liners. Seems to me its incomplete when you have a decent room and its amenities but something so simple is neglected.

I had a great stay at this hotel — super convenient location, just a few minutes’ walk from Nana MRT! It made moving around Bangkok a breeze. I did several trips between the Siam Paragon–CentralWorld–Big C–Platinum Mall area and loved how I could quickly drop off my shopping at the hotel before heading out again without carrying everything with me.The breakfast staff were incredibly accommodating — they even asked how I preferred my eggs cooked, which was a nice touch.Initially, I was given a room near the main road where I could hear loud music from nearby pubs, and there was a strong smell of smoke. But the staff, especially Wuth, was so helpful and immediately arranged a room change for me. The new room was perfect!I also appreciated the small conveniences that made a big difference: a water dispenser on each floor (so handy!), bottled water already in the room, and even a washing machine available for guests. It really helped make my stay easy and comfortable — no need for extra trips to 7-Eleven just for water!Would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay again.

None! You get what you pay for and more!

The location is amazing—close to seven eleven, restaurants, and public transport. It’s very easy to get around from here. Terminal 21 mall is also in walkable distance.The staff were very friendly and always ready to help. They made me feel welcome from the start.The price is affordable, and the hot water was always available, which was really nice after a long day.Overall, a great place to stay if you want comfort, good service, and a great location without spending too much.

- Weird layout of the rooms. Toilet and shower is separate with one sliding door so you can use any of the one at a time. Sink to wash hands also separate in the room.- In pictures bed arrangement was looking fine but not good at all. To go to bed literally you have to climb.- Rooms are very congested.- No wardrobe in the room.- No TV and Fridge in the room- There is no intercom in the room to get assistance. If you need anything you need to reception for everything.- Housekeeping will knock the door for cleaning or to check if there is check-out. They keeping knocking door and if you are in the washroom and not able to open the door then they open the door with their master key without your permission.

liked the location, easily access, near BTS, has 7 11 nearby. its clean, staff are great and attends to your needs. and the room is spacious. i also like the little space near the window just to chill

limited TV channels and cant access youtube or netflix (since its a smart tv), and i hope there is a full body size mirror (just a personal preference) but other than that, my stay was great

Everything is good. location near the BTS, the hotel is good, with a lot of amenities. you can do your laundry! Good room with the price you pay its great. Staff is very helpful and good.
